A Smile Makes You Feel Better

A smile, even a fake one, will make you feel better. And couldn’t we all use a lift on a Monday morning.

Science says a chemical reaction takes place when we smile — a positive reaction. Whether you feel the emotions or not, the physical act of lifting your lips, releases endorphins. The feel-good emotions.

So if you’re dragging through another Monday, lift your lips and smile for at least twenty seconds. You’ll feel better if you do.
